All our products are hand made to order with up most care, quality and attention. However because they are hand made to order unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products.

If you do receive your order and find it does not fit correctly we do offer a full alterations service.
An alteration form will be included with you parcel. This will need to be completed and return with order. Please ensure you specify the date you require your order back if it is for an event.

PLEASE NOTE we can only make items smaller under the free alterations policy. If an item is too small due to incorrect measurements then we can still alter this however there will be a minimal remake fee. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
In the unlikely circumstance that you do find your item is damaged or faulty please contact us straight away to arrange for you item to be repaired or exchanged. Faulty items must be unworn and returned within 14 days following delivery.
We advise all items are sent with a tracked/signed for service, we take no responsibility for lost returns.
If you order arrives to us after the 14 days we will NOT refund nor exchange this. Should there be a legitimate reason for late return please contact asap to arrange under managements discretion.
